About the Role
:We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment across Media, Creative, Technology, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing functions. Key Responsibiliti
- es:Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboardi

- ns.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business prioriti
- es.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, social media, and networking channe
- ls.Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring nee
- ds.Conduct recruiter screening interviews and coordinate technical and business interview process
- es.Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring journ
- ey.Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with candidat
- es.Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports on the ATS (Zoho Recrui

Requireme
