Job Description
- Coordinates talent acquisition as needed, including required approvals, advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer development and preparation, and on-boarding assistance.
- Partner with all levels of the organization to assess staffing needs and fill positions in a timely manner.
- Build a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipate future staffing needs.
- Utilize social networking resources and other strategies to hire the right people for the job.
- Provides a high level of customer service in interactions with employees and candidates.
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition function.
- Implement talent acquisition trends as per the changing demands of the staffing industry.
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Proven expertise and knowledge of proactive Internet sourcing techniques
- Established track record of innovative and creative sourcing tactics for passive job seekers, i.e. social media.
- Experience in managing candidates through an applicant tracking system (Taleo experience is an advantage)
- Sound judgment, demonstrate problem solving abilities, decisiveness, and flexibility.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient with internet email, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software.
- Ability to effectively learn and manage various systems used in an HR environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
