We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and attract
top talent for a fast-growing, technology-driven company. This is a hands-on, strategic role
requiring experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, onboarding, and HR
coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including
UAV pilots, GIS specialists, survey engineers, field staff, and corporate roles.
Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee
referrals, networking, and talent agencies.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions,
and establish selection criteria.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability, ensuring alignment with
company culture and role requirements.
Maintain HR records, applicant tracking, and recruitment dashboards
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 24 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology,
engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and talent sourcing
strategies.
Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment
analytics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple recruitment drives
simultaneously.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience recruiting for technical roles such as GIS specialists, survey
engineers, UAV pilots, or project managers.
