We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR intern's responsibilities include updating employee absence records, filing HR documents accordingly, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Gulf roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, agencies, LinkedIn, databases, and social platforms.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and overseas clients for shortlisting and offer finalization.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
Qualifications & Requirement
- Proven experience in Gulf/ Middle East recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, Bayt, etc.).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment.
