**Job Summary**
We seek a dynamic **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to source, identify, and hire top talent for our clients. This role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Long-term Commitment:** Commit to working with IgniteAndRise for at least 90 days, contributing to team growth and success. Provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
- **Recruitment:** Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions, focusing on sales roles. Build a strong pipeline for both fresher and experienced positions.
- **Candidate Management:** Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to final placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Conduct interviews and provide feedback.
- **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Use various sourcing channels to reach potential candidates without relying on job portals initially.
- **Client Collaboration:** Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

**Qualifications**

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong decision-making skills.
