About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Recruiter with prior experience in hiring for e-commerce, sales-driven, and product-based organizations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, strong sourcing abilities, and a proven record of successfully closing managerial and sales positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Hiring Planning: Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract top talent for sales, business development, and managerial roles.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cyclejob posting, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for sales and leadership roles while engaging with passive candidates.
- Hiring Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize hiring workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality of hires.
- ATS & Recruitment Tools: Manage candidate applications and track recruitment progress using ATS and job portals. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, IIM Jobs, and creative sourcing channels (social media, referrals, agencies).
- Market Research & Salary Benchmarking: Conduct market research and provide insights on salary trends and industry practices.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to align on candidate selection and recruitment goals.
- Onboarding & Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain a positive candidate experience through timely and transparent communication.
Requirements
- Experience: 24 years in recruitment (preferably in e-commerce, sales organizations, or product-based companies). Experience in high-volume and leadership hiring is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales, business development, and managerial hiring.
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS tools (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and job portals.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Ability: Capable of conducting research and analyzing hiring trends to refine recruitment strategies.
Compensation
INR 25,000 30,000 per month
