Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
