Job Description


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all recruitment advertising requests.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including company career site, job boards, social media platforms, universities, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications for suitability.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
  • Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner and offer guidance through the recruitment process.
  • Stay current with trends and advancements in recruiting techniques.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain a quality relationship with the internal teams and external recruitment agencies to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Attend job fairs, colleges and recruitment events to build relationships with potential candidates and promote the company brand.
  • Foster relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
Onboarding & Induction
  • Coordinate with HR for the seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in employee induction and orientation processes when necessary.
HR Metrics & Reporting
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics like source of hire, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
  • Continuously work on ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Diversity & Inclusion
  • Ensure recruitment processes are fair and unbiased, promoting diversity within the company.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Human Resource Management Systems (CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and job boards.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
