Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the malls and attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies
Demonstrate adeptness in candidate sourcing through a range of platforms such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Maintain meticulous candidate records within our advanced applicant tracking system (ATS).
Engage actively in job fairs and similar recruitment events, capitalizing on opportunities to attract top-tier talent for high-volume recruitment.
Conduct crucial background checks and reference verifications as an integral part of the selection process.
Provide regular and comprehensive updates, along with detailed reports, on recruitment activities to the management.
Requirements:
Agraduate/post graduate with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment, focusing on non-IT roles.
