HIRING FOR AMAZON

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels such as job portals, email campaigns, referrals, and social media to source potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their specific requirements regarding skills, position, experience, location, and roles. Ensure clear communication and alignment between client expectations and candidate profiles.
  • Preliminary Telephonic Interviews: Conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates to assess their interest, availability, reasons for job change, technical proficiency, communication skills, attitude, and salary expectations. Represent clients interests during these interactions.
  • Candidate Follow-Up: Follow up with candidates after interviews to provide feedback, updates on their application status, and address any queries they may have. Maintain regular communication to foster long-term relationships and enhance employee retention.

Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
  • MS Office & Excel: Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for organizing, analyzing, and managing candidate and client data.
  • Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and industry trends related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Strong Convincing Skills: Ability to persuade and influence candidates to consider job opportunities and clients to understand their requirements.
  • Result-Oriented Attitude: Driven by achieving results, meeting targets, and ensuring successful placements of candidates in suitable roles.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
