About The Role
We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Partner to help us scale our teams with top talent across tech and business functions. You'll play a key role in building a strong hiring engine owning the process end-to-end from sourcing to offer and ensuring every hire is a great fit for Zoca's fast-paced, high-performance culture.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across functions (Tech, Product, Business, and Operations).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft JDs, and design efficient hiring processes.
- Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Drive exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and improve recruiting efficiency.
- Collaborate on employer branding, referral programs, and other talent initiatives.
- Maintain accurate reports and dashboards on hiring progress and funnel health.
What You'll Bring
- 35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.
- Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, PyjamaHR, etc.).
- A passion for people, process, and building teams that scale
