Job Description

We're 10xConstruction, a robotics startup on a mission to make construction 10x faster. We're building autonomous robots that take on tough, indoor construction tasks so humans don't have to. If you're excited by real-world impact, deep tech, and building from the ground up (literally), you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech positions
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and outbound strategies
  • Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies that support speed and quality goals
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Maintain recruitment data and analytics for reporting and optimization
  • Support generalist HR functions (onboarding, policies, culture, etc.) as needed
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve scalable and inclusive hiring processes

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Mater's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment, ideally within startups or fast-paced environments
  • Proven success hiring for hardware and engineering roles is a must
  • Skilled in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms for proactive talent sourcing
  • Familiarity with candidate assessment techniques and structured interview processes
  • Experience contributing to employer branding and talent marketing efforts is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics
