About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end hiring function. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in tech hiring, especially within fast-scaling product or AI-driven organizations. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce planning, enhancing our employer brand, and driving process excellence as we continue to expand our AI and product engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, and selection to onboarding.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to understand business needs and translate them into hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent (AI, product engineering, data, and related domains).
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred workplace in the tech ecosystem.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with best industry practices.
  • Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and ensure excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to forecast talent needs and design long-term hiring plans.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve hiring performance.
  • Key Requirements

    • 812 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
    • Proven experience in scaling tech teams within product or AI/engineering organizations.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
    • Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Qualification: (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
