About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end hiring function. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in tech hiring, especially within fast-scaling product or AI-driven organizations. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce planning, enhancing our employer brand, and driving process excellence as we continue to expand our AI and product engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, and selection to onboarding.
- Partner with leadership and department heads to understand business needs and translate them into hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent (AI, product engineering, data, and related domains).
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred workplace in the tech ecosystem.
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with best industry practices.
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to forecast talent needs and design long-term hiring plans.
- Leverage recruitment analytics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve hiring performance.
Key Requirements
- 812 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
- Proven experience in scaling tech teams within product or AI/engineering organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualification: (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
