Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in internal hiring within the staffing industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies to hire top internal talent including recruiters, delivery leads, account managers, and other support functions to support our fast-growing business operations.
- This role requires a strategic mindset, strong understanding of the staffing ecosystem (US/UK/India),
- Hands-on experience in hiring for volume and niche roles, and the ability to build a high-performing recruitment engine that meets business needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the internal hiring function for various positions within the organization, including recruiters, team leads, delivery managers, and support staff.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with business heads, delivery leaders, and HR to forecast manpower requirements and plan hiring accordingly.
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, performance tracking, and process improvements.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines using multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, campus hiring, and headhunting.
- Ensure quick turnaround times (TAT) for critical hiring while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Utilize data and recruitment metrics to monitor performance, track progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and talent availability to create effective hiring plans.
- Own employer branding initiatives to attract top internal talent and enhance candidate experience.
- Partner with L&D and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 810 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years in talent acquisition within the staffing industry (US/UK/India markets).
- Proven experience in internal hiring for high-volume and niche positions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with leadership teams.
- Hands-on experience in using ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with a track record of meeting hiring goals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in setting up or scaling internal TA teams in a staffing organization.
- Exposure to US/UK/India recruitment markets and familiarity with staffing models and tax terms.
- Employer branding and recruitment marketing exposure is an added advantage.
