Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for diverse roles (creative, technical, marketing, operations, and leadership).
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Squadra Media as an employer of choice.
- Mentor and guide the TA team to meet hiring targets and timelines.
- Conduct talent market mapping and build proactive pipelines.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with HR Head to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience hiring across creative, technical, and leadership positions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of ATS, sourcing platforms, and social media recruitment.
- Ability to work onsite in Bangalore in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
