Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manager Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring and talent strategy aligned with business growth. This individual contributor role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce plans and critical hiring needs.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key and niche roles.
2. End-to-End Hiring Management
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure timely and quality closures across levels and functions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract and engage top talent.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business and functional heads to align hiring outcomes with business needs.
- Share regular recruitment reports, dashboards, and insights.
- Manage relationships with external partners, consultants, and job portals.
4. Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract high-quality candidates.
- Represent the organization at campus drives and industry forums.
- Nurture long-term candidate relationships and maintain active talent pools.
5. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and MIS for leadership review.
- Track key hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness).
- Use insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
6. Process Excellence
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Standardize job descriptions, interview processes, and evaluation methods.
- Leverage modern recruitment tools (ATS, assessments, analytics) for efficiency and accuracy.
7. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage proactive communication to minimize offer declines and dropouts.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
Experience:
- 810 years of proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in the IT or technology services sector.
- Experience in managing niche and critical role hiring through diverse sourcing channels (portals, social media, referrals, networking)
