Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 47 Years in Talent Acquisition

Salary: 5-7 LPA

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Joining: Immediate or Early Joiners Preferred

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate will bring deep TA expertise from a multinational environment, with a strong focus on scalable referral strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and talent pipeline development.

This role is critical to strengthening internal sourcing, enhancing employee engagement, and reducing time-to-hire through a high-impact referral ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and build a referral-first sourcing model for key roles.
  • Track and analyze referral metrics (volume, conversion, quality) and identify areas of improvement.
  • Drive marketing campaigns, internal engagement, and communication strategies to promote the referral program across business units.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve the effectiveness of TA strategies and optimize cost-per-hire.
  • Collaborate with Talent Branding and Internal Comms to ensure the program is widely visible and recognized.
  • Lead and mentor a small TA team or work cross-functionally with recruiters to deliver on hiring targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal guidelines related to hiring and employee referrals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced MNC environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling employee referral programs.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, data analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with ATS and HR analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree or certification in HR or Talent Management.
  • Exposure to employer branding, TA analytics, and diversity hiring is a plus.
