Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Leadership Hiring: Drive end-to-end recruitment for VP-level and above roles across business, product, tech, and growth functions.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with CXOs and functional heads to understand talent needs and proactively build leadership pipelines.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Execute sourcing strategies including in-house sourcing, executive search, referrals, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of Shaadi.com, representing the brand with professionalism and poise during interactions.
- ATS & Hiring Operations: Utilize ATS tools such as Workable or Skillet to manage hiring workflows and streamline operations.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain awareness of talent market trends and competitive intelligence to guide hiring strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 38 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a B2C or consumer tech environment.
- Proven expertise in leadership/executive hiring across domains.
- Track record of working with VP-level and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience with multi-channel sourcing strategies and passive talent engagement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive approach.
