Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end bulk hiring for sales roles in voice process
  • Partner with business stakeholders to plan and execute hiring strategies
  • Source candidates via portals, walk-ins, referrals, and vendors
  • Drive high-volume recruitment drives and ensure quick TAT
  • Ensure quality hiring aligned with sales performance requirements
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting
  • Lead a team of recruiters (for Manager role)

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales hiring for BPO/voice processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with bulk recruitment, sourcing tools, and hiring analytics
  • Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools preferred
  • Team handling experience is a plus
