An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a growing organisation in the Middle East. This role will focus on delivering end to end recruitment across international markets, supporting business growth within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple regions and disciplines
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring strategies
• Lead international search mandates, ensuring high quality candidate delivery
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key markets
• Provide market insights and advisory support to stakeholders
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with exposure to international recruitment
• Strong track record managing multiple mandates in a fast moving environment
• Background in Real Estate or Construction is essential, with a focus on early stage developments a strong requirement
• MUST HAVE experience working on international mandates
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to operate in a high growth setting
