We are looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead the end-to-end recruitment process and drive strategic hiring initiatives for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for manufacturing, R&D, and corporate roles, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Talent Strategy: Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business objectives to attract top talent.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company's presence as an employer of choice through employer branding initiatives and partnerships.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build a robust talent pipeline using multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
Diversity & Inclusion: Implement hiring strategies that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and other hiring partners when necessary.
Recruitment Analytics: Track and report key hiring metrics, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Education: MBA-5+years experience in TA
Industry Pref: Manufacturing.
