Talent Acquisition Lead - Founders Associate who will work directly with the founder, own customer outcomes, improve internal hiring, and help shape how our recruitment engine grows in 2025. This is not a basic Recruiter Role or a basic Customer Support role. This is a crucial position,
multi-hat, foundational role for someone who wants to build, operate, and grow fast into leadership.
The Role
As our first
Talent Acquisition Lead - Founders Associate, you will be handeling:
- Customer Success (Onboarding, Training and customer support) for clients who use our ATS
- Partner / Trainer to the founder in building the Talent Partner ecosystem (A marketplace where our ATS customers can find and hire recruiters)
- Evaluator of talent - helping founders hire our SDR, internal engineering and product roles, and future consultants
- Internal HR (mainly recruitment) for Whitecarrot during the first few months
- Occasionally, a fractional recruiter who can step in and help clients with shortlisting and role delivery
If you enjoy dealing with candidates but also other HR professionals, building teams and systems, improving processes, and directly impacting revenue and client outcomes - this is your next big move.
What You'll Do
- Own Client Success & Delivery
- Manage onboarding, training, and support for multiple customer accounts
- Make sure hiring managers, recruiters, and TA leads get maximum value from the platform
- Identify bottlenecks, improve their hiring workflows, and elevate their team's recruitment standards
- Occasionally support clients with shortlisting or recruitment tasks to ensure they see results fast
- Build Internal HR Foundations
For the first 36 months, you will also act as Whitecarrot's internal HR:
- Help hire and evaluate our SDR and other early team members
- Build interview structures, competency rubrics, and training materials
- Support the founder in running interviews, reviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires
- Create documentation, processes, and systems for future scale
- Help Build the Talent Partner Ecosystem
You'll Work Closely With The Founder To
- Define how our Talent Partners operate
- Build playbooks, workflows, and service models
- Experiment with new recruiting approaches
- Provide product feedback that shapes how our software evolves
- Build the early blueprint for a scalable recruiting engine
This is the engine that will help us expand revenue in 2026, and your role is central to proving it.

Compensation
- Base Salary:
- INR 60,000150,000 (wide range based on experience + only 50% during probation : negotiable)
- Variable: (performance based) - can be as much as base
