The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end contact centre recruitment for Denave. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across sales, technology, operations, analytics, and specialist functions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring forecasts, workforce planning, and capability gaps.
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Lead full cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and tough-to-fill roles.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on hiring strategy, market intelligence, and talent insights.
- Manage escalations, align hiring priorities, and ensure seamless communication.
Market Intelligence & Talent Insights
- Track talent availability, competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and evolving skill requirements.
- Recommend innovative sourcing channels and hiring methodologies.
Skills & Competencies Required
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, this is an Individual Contributor role, talent will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of recruitment.
- Excellent stakeholder and senior leadership engagement.
- Prior experience in hiring for outsourcing, consulting and sales services environment is required.
- Strong expertise in midsenior hiring across sales, operations and specialized roles.
- Experience with data-driven hiring, dashboards, and recruiting analytics.
- Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring simultaneously for sales ecosystems.
