Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern, based in Lucknow, with some allowance for remote work. The intern will assist in the recruitment process, which includes sourcing potential candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding efforts. Daily tasks may involve managing job postings, screening resumes, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The role offers hands-on experience in full-life cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting, ensuring effective candidate evaluation and engagement
• Proficiency in Employer Branding to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Lucknow
