The Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern for a period of 6 months to join our team in India. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for the following:

1. Candidate Review, screening, Pre-Qualification and Presentation:

Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, pre-qualifying them based on job requirements, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

2. Schedule Interviews and Coordinate with Candidates and Interviewers:

Scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and interviewers to ensure efficient and timely interview processes.

3. Coordinate Across Different Time Zones:

Responsible for coordinating across different time zones and managing any changes or rescheduling that might occur.

4. Communicate with Candidates Throughout the Recruitment Process:

Providing updates on candidature status and interview details, ensuring candidates are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

5. Maintain Accurate Candidate Information:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.

6. Gather Feedback:

Gathering feedback from candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

7. Follow Up with Interviewers:

Following up with interviewers to update their feedback on time on the ATS.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled or completed a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
