Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates through various portals, social media, and internal databases.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare hiring reports.
Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Understand customer goals, challenges, and workflows to provide tailored solutions that drive success.
Collaborate with Product, Operations and Support teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance the user experience.
Monitor customer engagement, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels to proactively address issues.
Requirements-
Are available for full-time (In-Office)
Are available for a duration of 6 months
Should be highly proficient in English (International calling)
Basic Excel knowledge
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Prior internship or work experience in a similar setup is a plus
Note - The FRND team operates six days a week, with every second and fourth Saturday designated as a day off
