They play a critical role in scaling the organization across Engineering, Operations, Business, NPD, Finance, and other key functions bringing alive our proposition of building one of the strongest EV teams in India.

What you will do:
- You will support end-to-end recruitment and talent operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring teams
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative channels
- Screen profiles, conduct initial conversations, and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements across Engineering, Operations, Business, NPD, Finance, and other teams
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication and follow-ups
- Support offer discussions and negotiations with candidates
- Assist in building and executing campus hiring and placement strategies
- Coordinate with colleges and placement cells for internship and full-time hiring programs
- Represent Exponent in campus engagements and early talent initiatives
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
The ideal candidate requires:
- MBA (HR or related specialization) - Fresher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and stakeholders
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Comfort working with MS Excel and recruitment tools
- Passion for people, talent building, and high-growth environments
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup ecosystem

Exponent simplifies energy for EVs. Co-founded by Arun Vinayak (Ather Energy's Founding Partner & Former Chief Product Officer) and Sanjay Byalal (Former hardware strategic sourcing and cell strategy lead, Ather and Former Supply Chain Lead, HUL), Exponent focuses on solving two sides of the energy problem by building the e^pump (charging station) and e^pack (battery pack) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging.
