Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and goal-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver high-quality talent that aligns with business requirements and culture.
This role requires strong communication, candidate engagement skills, sourcing creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selections
- Engage with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and talent expectations
- Use multiple sourcing tools & channels (LinkedIn, Internal Databases, Referrals, etc.) to build strong candidate pipelines
- Evaluate candidates experience, skills, cultural fit, communication, and role suitability
- Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and maintain smooth communication throughout the hiring process
- Conduct pre-screening and behavioral assessments to ensure quality of shortlisted candidates
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and candidate data in ATS/Recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets and contribute to continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (RPO, BPO, corporate recruitment, or staffing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
- Location: Baner, Pune
- Work Mode: On-site, 5 days/week
- Work Hours: 12 PM 9 PM IST
- Experience: 3 4 Years
- Salary: 5 6 LPA
