Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about recruitment, communication, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, BPO, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Candidate
- Only Ahmedabad local candidates will be considered.
- Comfortable working from the Ahmedabad office.
- Flexible to work in UK or US shifts, based on business requirements.
