Job Description

  • MBA/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
  • 60% above in academics (10th, 12th, UG PG)
  • Excellent English communication
  • Good Presentation Skills

Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced hires across various departments.
  • Manage candidate experience by providing timely updates, clear communication, and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Efficiently source candidates from multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
  • Co-ordinate with hiring consultants for outsourced positions
  • Manage interviews and track feedback from hiring managers.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit for lateral and campus hires.
  • Negotiate salary offers, benefits, and other terms of employment with candidates.
  • Create maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Support to implement campus recruitment strategies by building relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Support and co-ordinate with Campus ambassadors to track campus engagement calendar for pre-placement talks, workshops, and internships to create brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Manage and create talent pipeline for niche roles.

Requirements:

  • MBA/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on campus hiring and lateral hiring.
  • Experience in sourcing (Outbound Calls, Headhunting) through various job boards.
  • Experience in managing campus recruitment events and collaborations with educational institutions.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and job boards.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting, and candidate screening techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
