Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential candidates to introduce job opportunities and assess their qualifications and interest.
Collect relevant information from candidates, including employment history, skills, and career goals, and accurately document details in our database.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates through effective communication and follow-up to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand client requirements and source candidates accordingly.
Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements and client preferences.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Provide timely updates to all stakeholders regarding candidate status and progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and report generation, to support the recruitment team.

Qualifications:
Any post-graduation degree or graduate with diploma.
Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service role is advantageous or internship.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively over the phone.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Decision making capacity & proactive participation.
