Hiring: Talent Acquisition & Training Operations Executive | Pune (Onsite)

We are looking for someone who is fast, sharp and loves working in a high-impact talent + ops environment.
If you enjoy sourcing great resource, coordinating training delivery, managing people processes and creating new business opportunities this role is for you.
What You Will Own
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of trainers for corporate & partner requirements
Manage Channel Partner Relationships.
Manage end-to-end hiring for internal roles whenever required
Handle Onboarding, Induction & Other Core HR Functions
Allocate & track office assets
Outreach B2B prospects to identify new business opportunities in training.
What We Are Looking For
0-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Training Ops / HR Staffing
Strong communicator (email + WhatsApp + phone)
Smart sourcing ability (LinkedIn + networks + talent communities)
Ownership mindset + fast executor + detail oriented
EdTech / Corporate Training / IT staffing background is a big plus
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Salary Range: 15000 - 25000/month depending on fit and experience.
