Systems Engineer - IT Service Management

Job Description

Job Description:

  • Education BE is preferred
  • More than 3 years of relevant IT experience
  • Candidates should be able to work on Desktops Laptops servers and networks
  • Should be experienced in day to day IT support with respect to managing endpoints desktops laptops IP Phones
  • Should have Good knowledge in implementation administration of servers
  • Knowledge on Active Directory Services DHCP DNS
  • Basic administration of LAN infrastructure switches firewall routers
  • Attend to service requests and incidents Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents
  • Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests
  • Candidate should be aware of different tools used for capacity management availability managements
  • Experience in Asset management and various IT reports
  • Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation Trouble shooting Managing Endpoints
  • Installation Trouble shooting Managing Physical Server VM cloud servers
  • Installation Trouble shooting Managing Network devices Switches routers Firewalls
  • Signature and patch updates in all Endpoints and servers in defined SLA
  • Preparing Daily weekly monthly reports and scheduling meetings and explaining the reports to respective stakeholders
  • Verbal written communications and co ordination with End users project team IT team Clients US Europe Australia

Technical Requirements:

  • Working knowledge with any of the well know Ticketing tools
  • Fixing vulnerability in end points servers network devices
  • Working on AMC renewal process for IT related assets
  • Able to read and understand IT related requirement in SOW MSA and implementation
  • Preparing Modificaition network diagram using Ms Visio
  • Working with core network and server team in fixing issues
  • Provding oncall support along with Client ISP Core IT team members for new implementation as well as fixing issues
  • Willing to working in 24 5 24 7 environment
  • WFO is mandatory
  • Providing handover Co ordination with team members to ensure all IT related issues are addressing with in SLA
  • Perparing RCA for any IT related incidents
  • Taking end to End responsibility in the projects provided by IT team
  • Planning leaves in advance without affecting production
  • Prefered certificaion on Microsoft server technologies Cisco networking
