Job Description
- Requirements Engineering & Management
- Ability to identify different use cases based on User level requirements.
- Ability to analyze and realize System architecture and design.
- Able to translate high level customer requirements into System Requirements,functional and non- functional requirements.
- Create logical and physical architecture.
- Experience in Safety Critical Product Development
- Knowledge of System Architecture and Modelling Tools – like Rhapsody,
- Enterprise Architect, MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, , Magic Draw, Cameo
- .Experience in System Engineering, Sys/SW/HW architecture design,System Test execution on HILS, or Vehicle.
- Advanced knowledge of DOORS or other requirement management tools,
- Functional Safety knowledge and how to capture this in system requirements.
- Hands on experience with either ADAS or Aerospace system development project.
- Good understanding of System and Safety Engineering and Hands on experience with FMEA,P-Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis.
- Thorough understanding of system engineering principles and the software development lifecycle
- Capability to understand if system design aspects have been correctly translated to
- Network design, software & hardware design.
OR
- Strong understanding of System Engineering principles
- Experience in automotive domain (preferably Body systems - Climate, Lighting, Wiper, Washer, Mirrors)
- Knowledge of system requirements, boundary diagrams, and capabilities
- Hands-on experience with MagicDraw or similar MBSE tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe)
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Experience working with OEMs (preferably Ford)
- Exposure to system integration and validation processes
- Understanding of end-to-end vehicle systems and architecture
