Job Description

Configuration of the processes Incident, problem, change, location,departments categorization etc in Symphony Summit

Implement ITSM Modules and take care of future upgrades,

Should be able administer and make necessary attributes created and updated part of the storyline created and agreed.

Configuration of assignment groups,approval groups, group member and naming convention.

Integrations with active directory and also the active directory users

Configuration of software licenses, Hardware licenses, publishers for SAM & HAM.

Authors and trains others on development and executing of test plans and system checks in multiple environments.

Identifies, manages, and resolves system inquiries related to support both the user and the technical community and project execution.

Executes and modifies complex changes to Service Management, CMDB.

Oversight and facilitation of system and services mapping into the CMDB including mapping of services and applications to the infrastructure configuration.

Continuously monitoring the CMDB, analyzing configuration item data, configuration item relationships, identifying data inconsistencies, gaps and anomalies, and reporting on data discrepancies

CMDB support including working with identification, normalization

Performs audits as per standard.

Creates ITSM reports as needed.

Manages, recommends, and executes towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Provides support for both IT and Business Users for the tools and activities.

Participates in 3rd Party Vendor status meetings and forums.

Creates and manages to completion incident tickets with the vendor.

Creates and maintains documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs); process oriented and configuration based.

Leads the identification of lesson learned process to drive continual improvement. Shares the lesson with the team.

Contributes to and maintains system standards.

Performs regular system administration activities.

Follow through on assigned items until complete for themselves and the team.

Follows published processes and procedures. Recommends improvements where needed.

Develops others through mentoring, development plans, and situational opportunities.

Partners with leadership across the organization to develop plans and issue resolution.

Collaborates effectively in a team environment to achieve desired results.

Manages, supports, audits, and delivers enhancements as assigned.

Assists with monitoring operations and system performance of the software suite on a regular basis.

Documents and publishes team processes.

Establish and Standardize Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge process across all Dibber regions

Educate users on the use of Tool and how to log tickets- Incidents/ SRs

Ability to effectively balance multiple activities in a fast-paced technical environment with changing priorities and deadlines.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to explain and communicate technical concepts.

Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving situations.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to configure discovery tools and their integration into the CMDB

Ability to manage and tune the CMDB including identification processes, asset management, audits, and drift activities.

Ability to think creatively, knows when to escalate items.

Ability to lead, present, and facilitate meetings.

Demonstrates a clear sense of urgency when appropriate. Escalates issues as required.

Ability to work extended hours as necessary, may sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.

Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently.

Ability to execute and author SQL.

Ability to work with both on premise and remote as needed.
