Key Responsibilities

·       Manage sustainability projects from concept design through certification and project completion.

·       Prepare, coordinate, and submit documentation for LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, EDGE, WELL, and other applicable green building certification programs.

·       Coordinate directly with certification bodies and certification reviewers throughout the certification process, including documentation submissions, clarifications, and final approvals.

·       Perform energy modelling and building performance simulations using eQUEST, IES VE, DesignBuilder, or similar software.

·       Conduct daylight analysis, thermal comfort studies, renewable energy assessments, and carbon reduction evaluations.

·       Carry out Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCC) to support sustainable design decisions and optimize project performance.

·       Conduct Urban Heat Island (UHI) assessments and develop mitigation strategies in accordance with project and certification requirements.

·       Review architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building envelope designs to identify opportunities for energy efficiency, water conservation, and environmental performance improvements.

·       Prepare energy reports, sustainability reports, compliance calculations, simulation reports, and certification documentation.

·       Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to integrate sustainability requirements into project designs and construction activities.

·       Conduct site visits and audits to verify compliance with sustainability strategies, green building requirements, and project specifications.

·       Monitor project schedules, certification milestones, and documentation deliverables to ensure timely completion.

·       Provide technical guidance on sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems, renewable energy technologies, water management, and waste reduction strategies.

·       Support technical presentations, client meetings, and business development activities related to sustainability services.

·       Stay updated with sustainability standards, environmental regulations, green building rating systems, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience in sustainability consulting, energy modelling, and green building certification projects.
• Strong understanding of LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, EDGE, WELL, and related sustainability frameworks.
• Proficiency in eQUEST, IES VE, DesignBuilder, and other building performance simulation tools.
• Experience in LCA, LCC, daylight analysis, and Urban Heat Island studies.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
