We're now hiring a hands-on
Support & MIS Coordinator to help us stay organized, customer-focused, and data-driven as we scale sales.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership role where you will act as the nerve center between our field team, customers, and leadership collecting daily data, organizing field inputs, supporting customer escalations, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do
- Own and update key trackers (sales, collections, customer complaints, battery issues)
- Create and manage Google Forms and Sheets for daily field inputs
- Follow up with sales/ops team to ensure timely data submissions
- Share daily and weekly reports with leadership clean, visual, and actionable
- Support battery customers by tracking complaints and coordinating resolution
- Track battery health data (shared by tech/device team) and flag early warnings
- Maintain field agent rosters, incentive records, and escalation logs
You Should Have
- 35 years of experience in field ops support / MIS / coordination roles
- Strong command of Google Sheets, Forms, and basic formulas (pivot tables, filters, etc.)
- Ability to follow up proactively with multiple team members and ensure compliance
- Basic comfort with numbers, dashboards, and reporting
- Good written and spoken Hindi & English
- Fast learner with a get-it-done attitude
Nice To Have
- Past experience in EV, fintech, lending, logistics, or mobility startups
- Basic exposure to CRM, collection systems, or battery tracking tools
- Experience working with field teams in Tier 2/3 cities
