Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Specialist based in Chennai. This role is integral to managing and optimizing supply chain operations, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and analyzing supply chain data to drive performance improvements.
• Overseeing order processing and ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment.
• Utilizing WMS/ERP systems for inventory and order management.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Supporting integration with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart for both D2C and B2B fulfillment.
• Carrier management, including evaluating and selecting cost-effective shipping methods.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in supply chain and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart) and related integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
