Job Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic changes that drive cost reduction, optimize logistics, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize costs related to distribution and logistics operations.
- Develop strategies to reduce waste and improve resource utilization.
- Data Analytics:
- Collaborate with the finance team to leverage data analytics for actionable insights.
- Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve operational performance.
- Process Transformation:
- Implement strategic changes to operational models to enhance efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Order to Cash Cycle:
- Streamline the order-to-cash process to improve service delivery.
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through effective process management.
Qualifications:
- Master & Bachekor from Tier 1 & 2 , Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
