Job Description
Strong expertise in casting, forging, sintering, and machining processes for powertrain and driveline
components.
Proven experience in supplier industrialization, SOP readiness, and serial production quality
management.
Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and process capability (Cp/Cpk).
Ability to lead risk prevention and structured problem solving (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
Familiarity with inspection, validation, and metallurgical methods relevant to the commodities.
Experience in supplier performance management, audits, and continuous improvement.
Strong project management skills with risk and issue control.
Effective cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Logistics.
Demonstrates leadership, accountability, and results orientation.
