Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control in the coating process. This includes ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications, as well as implementing and maintaining quality management systems and product certification processes. Candidate will also be responsible for conducting both destructive and non-destructive testing, and carrying out inspections to ensure the quality of the products.
Principal Accountabilities
Oversee all aspects of quality control in the coating process, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
Implement and maintain quality management systems and product certification processes.
Conduct both destructive and non-destructive testing to ensure the quality of the products.
Carry out inspections to ensure the quality of the products.
Ensure compliance with API and ISO standards for pipe manufacturing.
Lead with vision, focusing on customer needs and managing resources effectively.
Encourage interdependencies within the team and promote a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental orientation.
Show commitment to the organization and solve problems effectively.
Demonstrate functional expertise in operation and QA/QC for the pipe industry.
Use analytical thinking and process orientation to improve the quality control process.
