We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Studio/Operations Manager to help streamline our operations, manage resources, and ensure smooth project execution.

Role Overview

The Studio/Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations across production, post-production, HR, admin, and accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.

This role is critical for ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the quality standards expected by clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
  • Coordinate production schedules, equipment use, and logistics.
  • Maintain studio calendars and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Oversee project budgets, contracts, vendor relations, and office supplies.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with internal policies, safety protocols, and SOPs.
  • Lead troubleshooting of operational challenges and resolve issues quickly.
  • Report weekly on project statuses, team performance, and resource allocation to the Founder/Director.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • 100% SOP compliance within 60 days.
  • On-time project delivery rate of 90%.
  • Issue resolution within 48 hours.
  • Monthly identification and implementation of 2+ workflow/process improvements.
  • 80%+ team satisfaction score per quarter.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 45 years of experience in operations, studio management, or project management in a creative environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools like Trello, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar project management software.
