About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager Consultant to lead high-impact CSR and social development consulting engagements from planning to execution. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong consulting mindset who have managed large-scale CSR programs, social impact initiatives, or strategic projects for corporates, foundations, NGOs, or development sector organizations.
The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, stakeholder management, program governance, and ensuring projects are delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) while creating measurable business and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CSR, ESG, and social impact consulting projects.
- Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) execution across all project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with corporate clients, NGOs, implementation partners, government bodies, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and impact updates for senior leadership and clients.
- Support CSR strategy formulation, program design, implementation planning, and monitoring frameworks.
- Drive stakeholder communication, expectation management, and client relationship management.
- Monitor project KPIs, outcomes, and impact metrics to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, review meetings, and governance forums with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines, reporting standards, and organizational policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence across projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute (Preferred).
- Experience working with reputed consulting firms, CSR consulting organizations, or leading development sector institutions.
Experience Required
3-5 years of experience in relevant roles (preferably in project management / consulting / CSR / social development domains)
Compensation
Up to ₹20 LPA (Based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance)
