Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling inventory, and meeting sales targets. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining store appearance, implementing store policies, and managing financial records. This role is located in Noida.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and financial record keeping
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
• Experience in setting and meeting sales targets
• Understanding of store policies, merchandising, and display techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Relevant store management experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Salary 30-40k depending upon experince and validity.
