Customer Experience & Service
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, energetic NewMe environment.
- Understand customer needs and recommend outfits, styles, and sizes accordingly.
- Provide styling tips, mix-and-match suggestions, and personalized product recommendations.
- Ensure every customer leaves with a positive, memorable NewMe experience.
- Handle customer concerns or queries professionally and escalate when needed.
2. Sales & Conversion
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers on the floor.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets as set by the Store Manager.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences.
- Promote ongoing offers, new launches, and in-store campaigns.
3. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Maintain NewMe's visual identity through clean, attractive merchandise displays.
- Ensure all products are neatly arranged, tagged, and replenished.
- Support in implementing VM updates, mannequin styling, and seasonal display changes.
4. Product Knowledge
- Build strong knowledge of all NewMe fashion categories (tops, dresses, denim, accessories, etc.).
- Stay updated on new collections, fabric types, fits, and trending styles.
- Educate customers confidently about product features and benefits.
5. Store Operations
- Assist with billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Manage fitting rooms efficientlyensure comfort, cleanliness, and quick turnaround.
- Support in daily store opening & closing procedures.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular checks and assist in inventory counts.
- Report low-stock or fast-moving items to Store Manager.
6. Hygiene & Safety
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and aligned with NewMe standards throughout the day.
- Follow all safety, loss prevention, and security protocols.
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.
- Support colleagues during peak hours (weekends, sales, festivals).
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and teamwork-driven work environment.
8. Brand Representation
- Embody the NewMe brand through communication, grooming, and customer interaction.
- Promote NewMe's culture of inclusivity, confidence, and vibrant fashion.
