Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Store Executive to manage warehouse operations, inventory records, dispatch activities, and ERP entries. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely dispatch of finished goods, and smooth coordination with logistics, production, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain stock records and inventory of finished goods in the warehouse.
- Monitor and update inward and outward material movements.
- Operate and maintain records in the ERP system.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch-related documents.
- Coordinate dispatch of finished goods to customers as per schedule.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials and vehicles.
- Verify quantities and documentation before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing finished products.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Experience working with ERP software.
- Good understanding of dispatch and documentation processes.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
