About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of store revenue goals.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve escalations effectively.
- Manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance.
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as Store Manager / Retail Manager (minimum 37 years).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of retail sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver results.
