Key Deliverables:

• Drive end-to-end store operations in alignment with company SOPs and brand guidelines.
• Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory control and supply coordination.
• Achieve revenue targets and maintain budget discipline to control operational costs.
• Deliver seamless customer service experiences to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare the store for product launches, upgrades, and ensure compliance during refits.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to enhance sales performance and service quality.
• Conduct staff training programs focused on product knowledge and retail best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and HR teams for business alignment.
• Monitor KPIs to track operational success and report performance to leadership.
• Implement visual merchandising, security measures, and loss prevention protocols.
