We bring upcoming global trends in the sneaker community to India and aim to create our own unique sneaker culture. Our concept is driven by our passion for sneakers and our desire to connect with our target audience. In addition to sneakers, Superkicks also aims to represent street and art culture by introducing streetwear brands and collaborating with artists.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Superkicks in New Delhi. The Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.

• Customer service and communication skills
• Experience in store management
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and lead a team
• Knowledge of sneaker and street culture is a plus
• Prior experience in the fashion retail industry is beneficial.
