About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, polished, and business-driven Store Managers to lead our flagship luxury retail stores in Mumbai and Delhi. As part of a globally acclaimed foreign luxury brand, you will be responsible for elevating the customer experience, driving store performance, managing high-value clientele, and upholding the brand's international standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations & Performance
- Oversee end-to-end store operations while maintaining impeccable store standards.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze KPIs, footfall data, and conversion metrics to optimize store performance.
- Implement global retail strategies, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff in luxury service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing team development.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and high-performance store environment.
3. Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver a world-class, personalized luxury shopping experience to every client.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and VIP clients.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards align with global brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with regional marketing and VM teams for new launches, campaigns, and store events.
5. Inventory & Loss Prevention
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure shrinkage control policies and security measures are strictly followed.
- Conduct periodic audits and maintain backend operational discipline.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and operational updates for regional leadership.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, logistics, and marketing teams as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Retail, Business, Fashion Management).
- 58 years of experience in luxury or premium retail; experience with international brands is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Excellent understanding of luxury customer expectations and hospitality standards.
- Sales-driven, analytical, and highly organized.
